These Terms & Conditions apply to registration for and participation in Learnrly's live online webinar.

1. Registration

By registering for the webinar, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and complete. Your registration is considered confirmed after successful payment and verification.

2. Webinar Details

The webinar is a live online session conducted by Learnrly. The webinar is scheduled for 20 September 2026. The final webinar time will be selected based on participant preferences and communicated to registered participants.

3. Payment

The applicable registration fee is the price displayed on the Learnrly registration page at the time of checkout. Payments are processed through the available payment gateway. A successful payment does not by itself replace the requirement for successful payment verification.

4. Access to the Webinar

Registered participants will receive the relevant webinar communication and access details using the contact information provided during registration.

5. Participant Responsibility

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Join the webinar using the access details provided by Learnrly.
• Maintain respectful and professional conduct during the session.
• Do not record, reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit Learnrly's webinar content without written permission.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

The webinar content, presentation materials, frameworks, examples, recordings where applicable, branding, and other materials provided by Learnrly remain the property of Learnrly or their respective rights holders. No ownership rights are transferred to participants through registration or participation.

7. Changes to the Webinar

Learnrly may reasonably modify the webinar timing, platform, or other operational details when necessary. Registered participants will be informed of material changes through the contact information provided during registration.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Any refund or cancellation applicable to a registration will be handled according to the refund policy communicated by Learnrly for the relevant webinar or offer. Where no separate refund entitlement is stated, refunds are subject to Learnrly's discretion and applicable law.

9. Limitation of Expectations

The webinar provides educational and practical guidance. Learnrly does not guarantee a particular interview result, job offer, selection outcome, salary, or career result from participation.

10. Privacy

Information collected during registration is handled in accordance with Learnrly's Privacy Policy.
